The open concept floor plan gives visible site lines throughout the main level and the strategic design layout allows for a multiuse functionality of one general space without the need for constrictive walls.

Directly in front of the foyer sits a beautiful billiards table with a royal blue bed cloth that adds the perfect pop of color to the space. Next to the billiards table is the formal dining area with comfortable seating for ten.

Next to the dining area is the family room and open concept kitchen. The kitchen features a massive island with an attached breakfast bar with seating for eight.
